Our consultants have delivered designs that are HACCP driven, compliant with the food safety regulations within Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority, Dubai  Municipality, and the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority & EHS.

We recognize the importance of innovative design that complies with LEED, ESTEDAMA and international ‘Green’ Policies. We can provide waste management and  recycling strategies that meet the requirements of local initiatives such as Dubai Green Building Code as well as innovative solutions that reduce waste, increase recycling and have a positive impact on the reduction of landfill waste.

Our offices are based in Dubai. We are a local consultancy serving the region from within the region.

Over 25 years’ experience

Our principal consultants have over 25 years’ experience in the food service design profession, with local experience working for all of the major hotel operators on a number of 3, 4 and 5 star hotels.

Whether a client’s requirements are for a single 80 seat restaurant, 500 bedroom hospital  or a 5 star 400 key hotel, we have the depth of expertise to deliver a first rate project.
